I was reading through my technorati subscription to the keyword “Iloilo” when I read about this funny story by Ilongga Cook on how a kongkee siopao saved her friend from hip fracture when she was hit by a motorcycle on the highway. For those who don’t know, Kongkee is one of the popular old restaurants located in downtown Iloilo serving siopao as their specialty.
