It was a do-it-yourself (DIY) trip, so we planned everything and booked the tours/hotels ourselves. We started touring around Hong Kong for the first two days, then traveled from Hong Kong to Macau by ferry, and finally ended the trip with one full day in Macau.Read on if you’re looking for a sample 3 days and 2 nights itinerary or want to know how much it costs to travel to Hong Kong and Macau.Hong Kong and Macau Itinerary MapHong Kong Day 1 Manila to Hong Kong Flight Hong Kong International Airport Hotel check-in at Wing Sing Hotel (check rates now)Check room rates on places to stay in Hong Kong. Based on the reviews of most of the hotels i’ve checked, the main problem is language barrier. I just want to ask if the hotel that you stayed on have staffs that can easily speak and understand english. Also, regarding the 3rd day tour you did not check in to a hotel right? You also left your baggage at the Veneteian Macau concierge. May I ask for more details about this?? Thanks in advance! I think that’s not enough.. hehe.. chymera00 saysNovember 11, 2009 at 5:07 pmthanks guys … more pictures to come soon!@Rex: Yeah, we spent 7 hours in Disneyland and didn’t get to see everything. Actually, the only thing I was excited about in Disneyland the fireworks display, so it didn’t bother me that much. Disneyland is more for young kids. Ocean Park was more exciting for me and I wish we woke up earlier so that we could have spent more time there.… Two days is so not enough to experience Hong Kong Mak saysNovember 18, 2009 at 6:13 pmHi Marcos!this is very helpful! my friends and i are planning the same destination as this! Can i PM you for some queries? :DMore power! chymera00 saysNovember 18, 2009 at 7:20 pmyou’re welcome Mak… you can email me at chymera00 {at} gmail {dot} com I’m not an expert about traveling to Hong Kong … so I can mostly answer queries regarding the itinerary we made for our trip. missy saysNovember 18, 2009 at 8:36 pmhi mark, i really enjoyed reading ur blog. it really gves me alot infos, thank you… i just hope i wont get lost..hehe bka kc mwla ung sense of direction q pgka-apak sa hong kong airport.hehe tnx alot tlga! more power… chymera00 saysNovember 18, 2009 at 8:52 pmthanks missy, bring a map with you just in case, hehe. daisy saysNovember 23, 2009 at 1:14 pmhi! would like to ask if the computations you gave was based on a 4pax fee? we would like to try your itinerary. thanks much… chymera00 saysNovember 23, 2009 at 2:59 pmhey daisy. There were four of us during our trip and the expenses posted here were based from that … though, the only expense that we shared was the hotel. I posted a summary of our Hong Kong and Macau expenses here. demonoid724 saysNovember 25, 2009 at 11:28 amPhp 21,126.74 per person << medyo expensive na ito..cheaper if you were able to avail of the P1.00 fare of cebu pacific… and there are lots of freebies in macau na di nyo yata na-discover hehe… you can even avail of complimentary ferry ride from HK-macau-HK for free… also sandwiches and drinks like bottled water is free sa mga casinos, no need to buy from 7-11. there are also eat-all-you-can buffet for MOP 50.00 (around P250.00+) sa mga casino restos. jess saysMay 14, 2010 at 5:35 pmreally.. where can we find the free hk-macau-hk ferry ride? Annah saysDecember 13, 2010 at 3:31 pmHi! this was posted a year ago, but nevermind, if ever you’ll passby, where can we get those freebies? we are flying to hk and macau next week, hope you can reply. Thank You! tine saysFebruary 9, 2012 at 11:03 amMeron ba talagang free ferry ride for hk-macau-hk? missy saysNovember 25, 2009 at 12:55 pmwat is mtr? bus or train?tnx chymera00 saysNovember 25, 2009 at 4:41 pmMissy: MTR is Hong Kong’s mass rapid transit / subway system Demonoid: Oo nga, and we could have just skipped Madame Tussauds while we’re at it. Cool, really helpful talaga yang tip sa mga naga plan to go to Macau. demonoid724 saysNovember 25, 2009 at 8:48 pmthe food is quite expensive nga lang sa HK… for example a 2-pc chicken value meal sa KFC (without rice ’cause they dont serve it even sa McDo) would cost you around HK$ 29-32 so I chose other restos instead na may rice like Coral Garden, same lang naman ang price nila but mas mabubusog ka.i remember when i went alone sa HK disneyland last chinese new year because yung kasama ko attended a seminar so i explored disneyland on my own hehe… there were so many (as in marami) domestic helpers there because they were given 3 days holiday ng kanilang employers, they were so excited and I happen to meet some of them na taga iloilo and negros.. they were bringing with them foods and coffee like going to a picnic, they invited me in so naki-join na rin ako sa kainan nila as in pakapalan na talaga hehehe so i was able to eat valenciana with them in disneyland. chymera00 saysNovember 25, 2009 at 10:49 pmMas expensive nga compared sa mga fastfood dito sa Pinas especially sa mga theme parks like Disneyland and Ocean Park. We also bought ba-on when we went to these theme parks, we would buy McDo in downtown HK and then just bring them. We also tried eating in the canteens/restaurants of the theme parks, the food wasn’t anything special and were overpriced. When we went there marami din mga Pinoy :) jess saysMay 14, 2010 at 5:57 pmhi. bro. thanks for all the info. :) bro, we are going to hongkong this coming jun 10.2010 will be arriving there early in the morning mga around 1:00 am. what are we going to ride from the airport to tsim sha tsui.?do you have any idea what time the victorias peak close especially the wax museum?coz, in our first day in h.k. we are planning to go in disney land and later by 5:30 we will be going to victorias peak.. do you think we can still make it?:). please help us with our itinerary. we will be arriving at hongkong jun 10 ,2010 1:00AM and departing at hongkong jun 13,2010. 12:50 AM. we want to tour 2 days in hongkong and 1 day in macau.or what can you suggest…?:) aaron saysJanuary 9, 2011 at 1:11 pmHi Marcos,Tama ba nakapag dala kayo ng baon sa loob ng OceanPark? kasi nabasa ko sa site nila kung may dala kang food, pinapaubos nila sa labas. BTW, is the ariport express tkt valid for 1 wk coz we plan to use it in our return trip to Airport.. we want to take bus to the city from the airport then use the express tkt in going back.. again thanks so much and also is CEbu PAc terminal located in TERM 1 or is it TERM 2.. from MAP chymera00 saysDecember 14, 2009 at 9:47 pmthe Airport Express Tourist Travel Pass is only valid for three consecutive days of use. It’s a good idea to that you decided take the airport express for your return flight since it’s convenient (and you won’t be worrying about missing your plane). I suggest taking the Tourist Travel Pass on the last three days of your trip … or you could just buy a one way ticket in the travel express (without the 3 day unlimited pass). Here are some pages that will help you out: koi saysDecember 19, 2009 at 2:59 pmThanks for the infos. Will be planning to go this jan and follow your itinerary. By the way, how do you achieved those beautiful pictures like the fireworks display? I have nikon d40 and i am new in photography and i want to photograph the display when we go there. Thanks. girlie saysJanuary 12, 2010 at 12:29 pmhi marcos,i found your itinerary very helpful. We’re visiting HK this february and your info does help.got some questions, regarding star ferry, do they follow their schedule found i noticed in your post you took a 10:30am star ferry ride from tsim sha tsui to central pier but based on the link there is no 10:30 schedule for Tsim Sha Tsui/Central service… am i missing something?thanks in advance, girlie chymera00 saysJanuary 12, 2010 at 6:04 pmWe did the starferry ride during the weekend. I think they strictly follow their schedule. If you look to the schedule posted in their website carefully. You will notice a time range and a corresponding frequency. The time range posted there is not the expected time of departure and arrival. Rather it shows the frequency of trips for that time range. For exampleBased on the schedule posted(On a saturday) From 7:15am – 10:40pm, there will be a starferry boat leaving the pier every 6/8 minutes and from 10:30 – 11:30 pm, it slows down to every 10/12 minutes etc….The whole Starferry ride from Tsim Sha Tsi to Central only lasts for around 10 minutes. girlie saysJanuary 15, 2010 at 11:59 amgot it! thanks a lot! :D girlie saysJanuary 15, 2010 at 4:29 pmhi again!i was wondering if from Tung Chung MTR going to Lantau island, could we just take a bus instead of the Ngong Ping cable car ride?thanks in advance :) chymera00 saysJanuary 15, 2010 at 8:36 pmyes, there are buses available but I forgot what number. Thank you so much. :) chymera00 saysMay 21, 2010 at 7:18 amWe found HK very easy to navigate. The only tricky part of our whole trip was finding the lower terminus of The Peak Tram. If you get lost, there are people around whom you can ask for directions anyways … bring a map just to be sure. uma saysJune 10, 2010 at 2:55 pmHello! Your blog about your HK & Macau travel is very helpful. My sister and I are planning to take a trip there on September. It would be our first trip abroad together. Thanks for dropping by Andew! bamz saysJuly 18, 2010 at 11:09 pmhello can i ask something i wanted to go this coming end of month there in hk but i wanted to stay there almost 2 weeks coz i have a friend there she work there and she said no need to take a hotel accomendation dahil may alam siyan bahay na 100 hk $ per day ask kolng ok lng bang maka enter sa hk na wala ng hotel accomendation na kinuha thanks and my badget is about 21th it is okay or lack for my plan? gusto kolng mag ikot ikot sa hk not more thanks chymera00 saysJuly 20, 2010 at 7:07 pmhmmm… hK$100 x 14 days is already 40% of your budget plus, you have to consider the terminal fee (P750) and travel tax (P1620) at NAIA so that’s already a total of 50% of your budget. The remaining amount, you have to spend on transportation within HK and your food. If you’re not planning to going to any theme parks (Disneyland, Ocean Park), I guess your P21K could fit if you’re on a “backpackers” budget.I suggest you consult your friend since he/shes knows better about the cost of living in HK. If you’re not planning to book a hotel reservation beforehand, at least bring details about where you’re planning to stay so you could show it to the immigrations officer. Better if you ask a “written invitation” from your friend. Tehcila saysJuly 22, 2010 at 4:47 pmGood day! I have few questions lang naman . nalilito kasi ako sa Octopus card / MTR and airport express. I understand that the Fortress Hill was a long trek, so I took that out already. Thanks for your reply! chymera00 saysAugust 8, 2010 at 10:12 pmGreat naria :) Except fortress hill, our walking tour of Macau was tolerable. lizzie saysAugust 22, 2010 at 8:05 pmhi… my bf and i will be in hongkong this october. i just want to ask if you used agoda in booking your hotel? was booking in agoda really that fast and efficient? where will they confirm your payment and reservation? thank u. chymera00 saysAugust 23, 2010 at 7:54 pmI haven’t used Agoda personally but I’ve read a lot of comments from people who’ve tried booking a room at Agoda.com and the reviews were mostly positive. lizzie saysAugust 23, 2010 at 8:19 pmhow do you book your hotel then? chymera00 saysAugust 23, 2010 at 9:03 pmGo to Agoda.com, choose a hotel, input your booking details, and choose your method of payment. If you have any inquiries about Agoda.com, I suggest going to their website and contacting them directly. lizzie saysAugust 23, 2010 at 9:15 pmhaha, ang ibig ko sabihin, where did you book wing sing hotel? chymera00 saysAugust 23, 2010 at 9:42 pmlol. I think Wing Sing Hotel is not listed in Agoda. My sister made the online reservation through Wing Sing Hotel’s official website: http://www.wingsinghotel.hk/eng/reserve.html maria saysSeptember 12, 2010 at 1:49 pmI like your tour itinerary. This will be of gret help to us. Very detailed. Ask ko lang, Magkahiwalay ba ang booking mo ng hotel at airline? Ibing sabihin dun ka na magpapalit ng HK dollar? At mas nakatipid ka ba ng iba ang arrival at departure location mo? Thanks Ruru saysOctober 19, 2010 at 10:17 pmThis is a very nice blog. Thanks for posting all the infos. Will be going to HK-Macau next year January and we’ll definitely be referring with all the help that you posted here. :-D chymera00 saysOctober 23, 2010 at 9:45 pmYou’re welcome Ruru quirsten saysNovember 18, 2010 at 8:50 amhi, ask ko lang po what NOT to bring sa HK and macau, para wala hassle sa airport? tsaka ano po ba yung ginagawa sa immigration sa HK airport? tnx chymera00 saysDecember 2, 2010 at 3:17 amhehe, there’s an endless list of things not to bring but here’s a guide anyways: http://www.airsafe.com/danger.htm Usually, they would just check your return flight and hotel reservation documents before stamping your passport. They will also give you a card, which you MUST keep until your departure from Hong Kong. edwin saysDecember 9, 2010 at 9:03 pmIs Bridal Tea House Hotel near Wing Sing Hotel? We made our reservations on-line @ the Bridal… chymera00 saysDecember 10, 2010 at 3:48 amVery Near, it’s just a short block away. Like I said earlier, Googling will help you a lot with knowing the location of places when traveling. A search of “bridal tea house, yau ma tei, hong kong” in https://www.google.com/maps/@?dg=dbrw&newdg=1 will do the trick. Annah saysDecember 11, 2010 at 8:45 amHey! I got fascinated with your itinerary. It is really good. I’m just wondering if you can go around disneyland starting by 1 pm? nasakyan nyo naman ba lahat ng rides? we are taking the same flight schedule as yours from cebu pacific. and we are planning that after we arrive in hk, we go directly to disneyland. however, we are also planning to go to Ngongping 360 but I haven’t put it in my itinerary since maybe we need a lot of time in disneyland, as well as considering that it is also peak season, baka mahaba ang pila sa mga rides. what do you suggest?Thank you so much, this will be very helpful to us -annah chymera00 saysDecember 15, 2010 at 8:06 amWe also went to Disneyland for the afternoon only and during Peak Season. We didn’t get to go to all the attractions and we were super tired the whole time since we went to NongPing 360 before that. We had to squeeze those two attractions in one day because of our limited time. My advice is to spend sufficient time in Hong Kong so you could visit everything you want to see. Other than that, it really depends on what things you’re willing to sacrifice. I was not very excited to visit Disneyland so spending less time there didn’t bother me at all. aaron saysDecember 24, 2010 at 3:45 pmHi Marcos,Can we bring foods (baon) inside OceanPark? Is there a conductor inside the bus? he bus going to oceanpark? thanks chymera00 saysFebruary 11, 2011 at 12:41 pmyes …. no conductor inside most buses in HK Edwin Go saysJanuary 11, 2011 at 10:30 pmHi Marcos. They say it’s a good time to visit Jade Market around 2-3pm. From Ngong Ping, how do we get to Jade Market & from Jade Market to Disneyland? We’re not too interested to stay long in Disneyland. Thanks.Edwin edwin saysJanuary 15, 2011 at 9:27 pmHello Marcos. We’d like to visit sana the AVENUE OF STARS. Is there any way we can insert it considering we follow your itinerary? We’re not so interested in Disneyland coz we’re in our late 40’s. Siguro mga 5 hours sa Disneyland just so we can experience it. Where can we insert Avenue of Stars considering the tight sked? chymera00 saysFebruary 11, 2011 at 11:48 amIt’s very doable … we could have done it on the night we went out to see the Symphony of Lights (after our visit to Oceanpark) … but it was raining that night and we decided to just stay in one area. Maria saysFebruary 24, 2011 at 8:40 pmHi Marcos. Thanks for the 3-day tour guide, HK-Macau. I find the info very very helpful. If may I ask, what is the MTR ticket that you purchased? Is it the 3 consecutive-day pass? I’m a little confuse with the “1 or 2 destination” thing that the MTR website says. I’m hoping for can find time to answer my query. Thank you in advance! Kx Esporlas saysMay 18, 2012 at 9:21 pmHey what would you recommend a better experience – taking the ferry (Macau to HK) at night or day? The rates are more expensive at night but if night is a better ferry experience, I’m inclined to take it. It’s just that our trip is from Manila to Macau to HK and back to Macau. Quite crazy, but a good planning will make it happen. Chie saysMay 22, 2012 at 6:22 pmHi Marcos, do you recommend going to Madame Tussauds? I find the admission price too much.

Actually, the only thing I was excited about in Disneyland the fireworks display, so it didn’t bother me that much. Disneyland is more for young kids. Ocean Park was more exciting for me and I wish we woke up earlier so that we could have spent more time there.… Two days is so not enough to experience Hong Kong

demonoid724 saysNovember 25, 2009 at 11:28 amPhp 21,126.74 per person << medyo expensive na ito..cheaper if you were able to avail of the P1.00 fare of cebu pacific… and there are lots of freebies in macau na di nyo yata na-discover hehe… you can even avail of complimentary ferry ride from HK-macau-HK for free… also sandwiches and drinks like bottled water is free sa mga casinos, no need to buy from 7-11. there are also eat-all-you-can buffet for MOP 50.00 (around P250.00+) sa mga casino restos.
Annah saysDecember 13, 2010 at 3:31 pmHi! this was posted a year ago, but nevermind, if ever you’ll passby, where can we get those freebies? we are flying to hk and macau next week, hope you can reply. Thank You!
chymera00 saysNovember 25, 2009 at 4:41 pmMissy: MTR is Hong Kong’s mass rapid transit / subway system Demonoid: Oo nga, and we could have just skipped Madame Tussauds while we’re at it.
When we went there marami din mga Pinoy :)

chymera00 saysDecember 14, 2009 at 9:47 pmthe Airport Express Tourist Travel Pass is only valid for three consecutive days of use. Here are some pages that will help you out:

We’re visiting HK this february and your info does help.got some questions, regarding star ferry, do they follow their schedule found i noticed in your post you took a 10:30am star ferry ride from tsim sha tsui to central pier but based on the link there is no 10:30 schedule for Tsim Sha Tsui/Central service… am i missing something?thanks in advance, girlie
chymera00 saysJanuary 12, 2010 at 6:04 pmWe did the starferry ride during the weekend. I think they strictly follow their schedule. If you look to the schedule posted in their website carefully. You will notice a time range and a corresponding frequency. The time range posted there is not the expected time of departure and arrival. Rather it shows the frequency of trips for that time range. For exampleBased on the schedule posted(On a saturday) From 7:15am – 10:40pm, there will be a starferry boat leaving the pier every 6/8 minutes and from 10:30 – 11:30 pm, it slows down to every 10/12 minutes etc….The whole Starferry ride from Tsim Sha Tsi to Central only lasts for around 10 minutes.
girlie saysJanuary 15, 2010 at 4:29 pmhi again!i was wondering if from Tung Chung MTR going to Lantau island, could we just take a bus instead of the Ngong Ping cable car ride?thanks in advance :)
chymera00 saysJanuary 15, 2010 at 8:36 pmyes, there are buses available but I forgot what number. The bus terminal in Tung Chung is just near the MTR Exit.

I hope I can travel to other places naman in South East Asia so that I can make more itineraries kaso walang budget pa ngayun.During the trip I got my mem card full as well. I think I got like 16GB worth of pictures, lol. Most of them were useless pero bihira lng maka go out of the country, so sinulit ko nlng :D

drizzle1910 saysMarch 10, 2010 at 8:14 pmHi. i find ur website so helpful.. We plan to go to Hong Kong this April.. Unfortunately, we were not able to avail the low fare of Cebu Pacific.. Anyway, I juz want to ask regarding ur total expenses.. u mentione above the following:Total Expenses – HK$ 3463.4 or Php 21,126.74 per person Expenses (excluding Airfare) – HK$ 2288.5 or Php 13,959.8 per personAnu ung P21,126.74/person na total expenses then ung P13,959.80/person? Magkaiba ba to? Ung link mo for the summary of expenses is not working na ata.. anyway, I hope to hear from u regarding my query..Thanks a lot!
chymera00 saysMarch 18, 2010 at 5:32 pmthe P21,126.74 is the total expenses and the P13,959.80 is the expenses minus the airfare…
aileen saysMarch 20, 2010 at 4:29 pmhi. will be going to hongkong with my family and i will follow your itinerary because it is very detailed, thanks! one question: are visitors to disneyland allowed to bring food and drinks inside? thanks :)
chymera00 saysMarch 21, 2010 at 12:34 amYeah, I think so. When we went in, our bags weren’t checked anyways at least.
Rigil saysApril 23, 2010 at 9:26 amhi po! your blog is very useful for us planning to visit Hk and macau without availing for any tour group. May tanong lang po sana ako, hindi po ba delikado mawala sa HK? madali lang po ba ma-locate yung mga attractions there? Thank you so much. :)
chymera00 saysMay 21, 2010 at 7:18 amWe found HK very easy to navigate.
I have been to Macau before and I had a wonderful time during my first visit. It was good to experience other cultures. Anyway, thanks so much on the detailed itinerary you posted. I think we will make use of it on our trip. :)
andrew saysJune 27, 2010 at 3:22 pmthanks for your hongkong-macau blog. we followed your itinerary and we’re just amazed how easy it was for us last week to tour the entire hongkong ang macau with just your itinerary in our pockets. we couldn’t enjoy our trip more without your very useful blog. with our thailand-cambodia plan next year, u bet, we’ll follow ur sched again. thank you very much. you’re simply amazing!
chymera00 saysJuly 1, 2010 at 5:02 amCool. Nice to know that the itinerary was easy to follow and I’ve not led you astray, hehe. Thanks for dropping by Andew!
bamz saysJuly 18, 2010 at 11:09 pmhello can i ask something i wanted to go this coming end of month there in hk but i wanted to stay there almost 2 weeks coz i have a friend there she work there and she said no need to take a hotel accomendation dahil may alam siyan bahay na 100 hk $ per day ask kolng ok lng bang maka enter sa hk na wala ng hotel accomendation na kinuha thanks and my badget is about 21th it is okay or lack for my plan? gusto kolng mag ikot ikot sa hk not more thanks
chymera00 saysJuly 20, 2010 at 7:07 pmhmmm… hK$100 x 14 days is already 40% of your budget plus, you have to consider the terminal fee (P750) and travel tax (P1620) at NAIA so that’s already a total of 50% of your budget.
PLease expalin naman. Also do you have any idea sa Hongkong-China-Hongkong tour? I find the ticket so expensive kapag China-Manila kasi…Thanks in advance
chymera00 saysJuly 26, 2010 at 5:59 pmNo idea sa HK-China. For more info about the airport express card, I have to direct you to their website: http://www.mtr.com.hk/eng/homepage/cust_index.html
Arra Patricia saysAugust 7, 2010 at 1:41 amHello,I’m planning to go to HK and Macau and I love your itinerary. I just want to clarify if you checked-in at The Venetian or just deposited your luggages there? Thank you! :)
chymera00 saysAugust 7, 2010 at 7:59 amwe just deposited out baggage there while on a day tour of Macau
Arra Patricia saysAugust 7, 2010 at 10:03 amAnd oh, is it advisable to stay there (Macau) overnight if I’am on a 4-day trip?
charie saysFebruary 20, 2011 at 12:22 pmhi! were going to visit hk-macau this april..just want to know wer did u leave ur baggage in macau?how much did u pay for it?
chymera00 saysAugust 8, 2010 at 8:53 pmNo charges for baggage deposit in The Venetian. It depends on you if you want to spend more time in Macau.
naria saysAugust 8, 2010 at 1:23 pmWow. I cant remember if I posted a comment already before, but I found your Macau itinerary to be PERFECT for us. Haha. We’re going there this October and when I will write about our experience in October, I won’t forget to credit you for the Macau itinerary. :))oh, btw, may na-realize lang ako. We’ll be with 2 senior citizens going there. they’re still pretty healthy but i doubt they would tolerate walking for very long distances. would you recommend all these places for our group? I understand that the Fortress Hill was a long trek, so I took that out already. Thanks for your reply!
chymera00 saysAugust 8, 2010 at 10:12 pmGreat naria :) Except fortress hill, our walking tour of Macau was tolerable.
lizzie saysAugust 22, 2010 at 8:05 pmhi… my bf and i will be in hongkong this october. i just want to ask if you used agoda in booking your hotel? was booking in agoda really that fast and efficient? where will they confirm your payment and reservation? thank u.
chymera00 saysAugust 23, 2010 at 7:54 pmI haven’t used Agoda personally but I’ve read a lot of comments from people who’ve tried booking a room at Agoda.com and the reviews were mostly positive.
chymera00 saysAugust 23, 2010 at 9:03 pmGo to Agoda.com, choose a hotel, input your booking details, and choose your method of payment. If you have any inquiries about Agoda.com, I suggest going to their website and contacting them directly.
chymera00 saysAugust 23, 2010 at 9:42 pmlol. I think Wing Sing Hotel is not listed in Agoda. My sister made the online reservation through Wing Sing Hotel’s official website: http://www.wingsinghotel.hk/eng/reserve.html
maria saysSeptember 12, 2010 at 1:49 pmI like your tour itinerary. Thanks
Ruru saysOctober 19, 2010 at 10:17 pmThis is a very nice blog. Thanks for posting all the infos. Will be going to HK-Macau next year January and we’ll definitely be referring with all the help that you posted here. :-D
quirsten saysNovember 18, 2010 at 8:50 amhi, ask ko lang po what NOT to bring sa HK and macau, para wala hassle sa airport? tsaka ano po ba yung ginagawa sa immigration sa HK airport? tnx
chymera00 saysDecember 2, 2010 at 3:17 amhehe, there’s an endless list of things not to bring but here’s a guide anyways: http://www.airsafe.com/danger.htm Usually, they would just check your return flight and hotel reservation documents before stamping your passport. They will also give you a card, which you MUST keep until your departure from Hong Kong.
edwin saysDecember 9, 2010 at 9:03 pmIs Bridal Tea House Hotel near Wing Sing Hotel? We made our reservations on-line @ the Bridal…
chymera00 saysDecember 10, 2010 at 3:48 amVery Near, it’s just a short block away.
I’m just wondering if you can go around disneyland starting by 1 pm? nasakyan nyo naman ba lahat ng rides? we are taking the same flight schedule as yours from cebu pacific. and we are planning that after we arrive in hk, we go directly to disneyland. however, we are also planning to go to Ngongping 360 but I haven’t put it in my itinerary since maybe we need a lot of time in disneyland, as well as considering that it is also peak season, baka mahaba ang pila sa mga rides. what do you suggest?Thank you so much, this will be very helpful to us -annah
chymera00 saysDecember 15, 2010 at 8:06 amWe also went to Disneyland for the afternoon only and during Peak Season.
Is there a conductor inside the bus? he bus going to oceanpark? thanks
Edwin Go saysJanuary 11, 2011 at 10:30 pmHi Marcos. They say it’s a good time to visit Jade Market around 2-3pm. From Ngong Ping, how do we get to Jade Market & from Jade Market to Disneyland? We’re not too interested to stay long in Disneyland. Thanks.Edwin
edwin saysJanuary 15, 2011 at 9:27 pmHello Marcos.
We had just finished our tour…I agree with you, it is very tiring but the most important thing is we enjoyed it. With your guide, it really helps a lot..See your next trip again…God bless.

Marcos saysOctober 12, 2011 at 7:34 amI assume they offer these services not only to hotel guests but also people playing at the casino. As long as you intend to go to the casino, I think it’s okay to use the concierge and free shuttle ;)

Harl saysSeptember 30, 2011 at 11:43 amMarc how much you bought the MTR Airport Express Travel Pass? Is it the same with the Octopus card? Thanks =)
Marcos saysOctober 12, 2011 at 7:50 amI think it’s different from the Octopus card. Best to visit the HK MTR website for the latest rate.

ANN saysMay 9, 2012 at 12:00 amHi Marcos!I find this very helpful because I’m preparing a DIY itinerary for my upcoming trip.
Coz for me, I find outdoor activity more interesting. To cut it short, is it SULIT? Thanks!

Vi =) saysJune 4, 2012 at 6:59 amHi there! We’ll be in HK later this month, I saw that right after you landed in HKIA, you claimed your Airport Express Travel Pass. Where can we go to do some shopping? What are other activities that we can do until late in the evening when we get back from Macau?DAY 3:*Leave for the airport at 8AM (Our flight is at 11:10AM)We do hope that you could help us plan our short trip to HK and maximize our short stay there.
