Our first stop in Guimaras was in a market called “Alibhon” in Nueva Valencia town in Guimaras. They say Guimaras Mangoes are the sweetest in the world. I only bought 1 piece since I didn’t want to bring along a whole kilo during the trip. I’m sorry to say but it wasn’t the sweetest I’ve tasted :) Maybe it was because I didn’t know how to pick the right mango or the particular harvest wasn’t good. Nevertheless, the mango was delicious and sweet enough. I enjoyed eating it while we were on the multicab ride to the beach.Don’t leave yet.
