Hi marcos, i’ve been to dumaguete 2 years ago and i have to say the place is really good..but unfortunately, i’ve never been to siquijor…. will go there next time…. there are so many places where you can go to negros oriental…
Cool. Hope you can go to Siquijor next time, it’s a great place to visit.

nice travel blog here. though i haven’t been very fond of travel blogs, this might be an exception.. keep blogging! =)
thanks jhaynee. Can I ask what are the things you like about this blog so I can take that into mind and apply in future posts. So far posting my itineraries has gotten really nice responses and have been, as told by other commenters, helpful. I, too, am not an avid reader of other travel blogs … mostly I visit them if I’m researching about a specific destination.
nice blog…. very helpful…. will visit dumaguete & bais tomorrow… ur blog is quite helpful… i hope we’ll enjoy it as much as u did… keep blogging marcos!
very informative..we’ll be checking this from time to time ;D
This blog is informative. I am a backpacker and I am planning to do some backpacking next week to Negros. But your itinerary was insightful that I am now considering Siquijor. Thanks for the info.
By the way, I will be backpacking Panay Island before the end of the summer vacation, do you have any suggestions what places to visit?
Is one day tour to Siquijor enough?
One full day is enough to have a nice tour of the whole island but if you’re going to go to more of the inland parts like Mt. Bandilaan and the caves, it might take longer.
Hi. Just drop by po to say, I love your blog. Ur one of the best male bloggers na nababasa ko once in a wk. hehe. Really good one!
Thanks for the comment Mitch, really appreciate it :D

Marcos, I’m going to Dumaguete and Siquijor next month. Naghahanap ako ng itinerary at dito ako napadpad hehe will copy some parts of your itinerary :D
No prob!
I like your blog its very detail. Now its about time for me to plan traveling Dumaguete. How far is the new Go Hotel in the City? Thank you so much.
Go Hotel / Robinsons Dumaguete is just 5 minutes away from the downtown area.
Awesome, the details take the jitters out of the trip. Although I like getting lost and wandering around a city, it really helps nevertheless to have some sort of bearing, especially when on a schedule. So excited to get to Dumaguete/Siquijor in a couple of weeks. Thanks so much for sharing, I shall do the same.
True. It’s how I cope with trip jitters as well ^_^ Safe travels!
Hi, nice blog. planning to go at siquijor next month, how far is dumaguete airport from pier/Delta fast times pier? Thanks so much :)
The airport is located on the northern outskirts of the city. It’s around 15-20 minutes by tricycle/vehicle.
