Pototan’s Festival of Lights

Deemed by the Department of Tourism as the “Christmas Capital of Western Visayas,” the town of Pototan in Iloilo fills its sprawling plaza with a flurry of colorful lights every December, attracting thousands from all over Iloilo and nearby provinces in Panay Island. Here’s some pictures during the opening night of its “IWAG Festival of Lights” this 2009.
