Guimaras Mangoes | April 2008

Published by chymera00 at 5:50 pm under Photography, Travel, Uncategorized

Finally, after reading and hearing so much about the world famous Mangoes of Guimaras, I got to eat and savor its sinful sweetness. Our first stop in Guimaras was in a market called “Alibhon” in Nueva Valencia town in Guimaras.

They say Guimaras Mangoes are the sweetest in the world. Well, I only bought 1 mango since I didn’t want to bring along a whole kilo with me during the trip and I really don’t know how to pick my mangoes so … I’m sorry to say but it wasn’t the sweetest I’ve tasted :) It was delicious though and I enjoyed eating it while we were in the multicab

nice photos. so these are the mangoes of Guimaras… though the one you picked wasnt the sweetest youve tasted, im satisfied with the fact that it goes exporting.

and btw, cute daddy’s dialect reminds me of my boss nun way back college years when i was a student assistant. she’s dear to me. she hailed from jaro, iloilo. i find the dialect malambing.
