Yez! i encourage all of u to come at silay ky its a nice place and the people their is very nice as well!! Silay City is the Parish of Negros as what i have read in an articl..I forgot what book or site is that!! Basta nd gid kmu mang hinayang mag kadto kmu dah! it’s nice if you will get the photos of the Brgy. Patag ky gudz2x gd..nice shot gd ah!!

All the prostitutes and drug dealers are in Silay.
That is how they make their Millions.

I have been all over the place from Asia to the middle East to North America yet I have never seen a place as peaceful and friendly as Silay City.. one of the best place to live, trust me.
