The Beginning

Published by chymera00 at 4:48 pm under Life Journal

Greetings,

I’m Marcos Caratao Jr. a 19 year old nursing student. You might have known me through Explore Iloilo, a website that I founded a year ago.

So what up with ambot-ah?

Ambot-ah.com is my way of consolidating my online life, so I’ll be able to keep track of different things happening and open up new opportunities for personal growth. Daw medyo dalom bah ^^

I decided to use “Ambot-ah” for lack of a better name. I literally cant decide what appropriate term to name this site so I decided to use the term, which means “I don’t Know” in Hiligaynon.

What will you be expecting to see at ambot-ah.com?

The topics will be in broad spectrums and can be about anything. Most posts though will be centered upon the place where I live (Iloilo), my travels and adventures, photography, blogging and monetizing, electronic gadgets.

Well I guess that’s it for now …

    Hi Marcos

My name is José Caratão and i live in Portugal, the famous place where your name once began.

Caratão’s name dates back to 1785. What about that!

    Check in Google_earth position:
    39º 35′ 18,44” N
    7º 58′ 14,13” W

    That’s where it all started.

    Regards

    José

    chy: Hello!!!!

` kamusta ang mga kasimanwa. Presently, I am here in Saipan, CNMI, USA. Ang epekto sang pag nubo san ekonomiya nila ngahatag sang dalan para mag himo sila sang isa ka website para i-promote and ila mga tourist spots nahanungod sa ila isla, mga diving spots, caves, ruins of wars, etc. kag ang mga concerned nga mga pumuluyo nag himo sang tagsa-tagsa nga mga blogs para nga ma bolster ang ila turismo nga naga offer kag naga- akit (tagalog term, sorry, not so fluent in Ilonggo anymore) sang mga turista. Sa aton may ara man bala nga mga butang mga pareho sine, or is there such a website (aside from old churches) regarding tourist destinations in Iloilo that tells and shows and, so to say, sells our island, ILOILO to tourist around the world? (I know tourism helps a lot) . Pictures and discriptions of such tourist destinations, and hotels where tourist could stay and such other related tourist destinations or “bantog” nga mga butang, aside from dinagyang, and the famous place “boracay” nga daw amo lang man ina ang gina mitlang nila kon parte sa panay ang gina istorya?

Their blogs here, with corresponding pictures and testimonies helped a lot. Tani may ara man sa aton mga mga amo sina nga ma butang. Pleas advise.

    Thank you.
